Im a fully qualified CIMSPA Practitioner whose own fitness journey began over 20 years ago playing and coaching rugby league and whilst I continue to coach I now teach a variety of classes and fitness methods designed to help my clients maintain a healthy lifestyle and educate them on nutrition and wellbeing. Although I cover all areas of fitness my personal expertise are in body composition, fat loss, weight management and confidence building.
